The Sanctuary Resort Pattaya, BW Signature Collection, Pattaya

During my stay at this hotel, I was thoroughly impressed by the friendly staff and the luxurious room I received. The Junior Suite Ocean View was stunning and way beyond my expectations. However, the separate building where my room was located required some travel to access the main facilities like the pool and restaurants. Breakfast could use some improvements in terms of quality and cleanliness, especially around the food presentation.

My recent stay at this hotel was enjoyable, with a clean room and a beautiful sea view. The service was attentive, especially from Khun Post, who was very helpful. However, I was disappointed that my room didn't have a king-sized bed as promised. The dining experience was decent, but not outstanding. The location was a bit far from the main attractions but had its charm being right by the beach.

This hotel offers a serene retreat away from the hustle and bustle of Pattaya. While the rooftop pool presents a beautiful sea-view and the rooms are spacious, the overall experience was marred by some maintenance issues and a peculiar smell in certain areas. The staff were exceptionally helpful and accommodating, which made up for some shortcomings. It’s a solid choice for those seeking peace but be prepared for some minor inconveniences.

The hotel has a convenient location near the beach, but it was a mixed experience overall. While my room was spacious, it had a damp smell and cleanliness was lacking. The breakfast was average at best and not very appealing, yet the service was handled well. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place unless you’re in the newer wing, which seemed much better.
